Ayaaz Habibullah M.D.

Biography

Dr. Ayaaz Habibullah is from Columbia, MO. He attended Rock Bridge High School and the University of Missouri for his undergraduate studies and plans to stay in mid Missouri for his entire career. Dr. Habibullah’s philosophy is that as a provider, he makes suggestions while patients make decisions. He wants to ensure that each patient has the appropriate amount of information and understanding of their current situation to be able to make an informed decision. He understands how personal and important one’s health is and strives to be a part of the journey and helping patients and their families meet their personalized goals.

Dr. Habibullah’s dedication to primary care began early, driven by the desire to build lasting relationships and empower patients. His extensive experience in various medical settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and nursing homes, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of diverse healthcare needs. Holding both an MBA and an MPH, Dr. Habibullah applies his broad knowledge to enhance patient outcomes beyond direct care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys scuba diving, fishing, and basketball, and he is deeply committed to caring for his grandparents, which fuels his passion for geriatric care. Dr. Habibullah is a dedicated advocate for patient health, ensuring everyone receives the care they deserve.
