Location Information

CFM continues to expand primary care services in Moberly to meet the needs of the greater Moberly area community, including adding primary care services at our Urgent Care Moberly location, which was newly renovated in 2022. At the beginning of 2022, Kayla Payton, CPNP-PC, joined CFM as our first pediatric nurse practitioner. Later in 2022, Sheila Oliver, FNP-BC, brought additional family medicine availability.

In 2023, Dr. Forest Conley and Shelly Collins, FNP-BC, joined our CFM primary care team along with their team from their previous clinic in Moberly. Dr. Conley has been serving the greater Moberly area for over 35 years as an osteopathic physician.

Dr. Andrew Wright (DO, Family Medicine) also joined our team in 2023, and Nola Moore, FNP, moved into a new role allowing her to do primarily occupational and sports medicine.
