Location Information

In June 2022, Complete Family Medicine acquired Advanced Medical Express Clinic, along with the team of providers and staff, including Mike Holtz, FNP-C, and Vivian Hall, FNP-C. Since then, the clinic has undergone a renovation and expanded to add additional staff, providers, and services, including Gail Calvert, FNP-BC, and the expanded Urgent Care hours. We are excited about the impact we are making to provide affordable, quality healthcare services to the great Brookfield area community.
