Jordan Palmer, D.O., was the chief resident at the University of Wyoming Family Medicine Residency in Casper, WY. He graduated from ATSU-KCOM in 2017, and received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Truman State University in 2011. Growing up in Northeast Missouri, he spent his early childhood in Kirksville, then moved to Shelby County prior to returning back to Kirksville for his college and medical education. He is excited about the opportunity to practice family medicine in his hometown.

Dr. Palmer is the medical director for the Student Health Center and University Counseling Services clinics located on-site at Truman State University, one of our several school-based health partnerships. As part of his role as medical director, Dr. Palmer has designated time on-site at the Student Health Center to see students of Truman State University.

In addition to his practice at Complete Family Medicine, Dr. Palmer is also adjunct faculty at ATSU-KCOM, assisting in the Family Medicine department. He completed the Wetzel Fellowship through the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons in 2020 which allowed him to be an active part of education and advocacy efforts for Missouri Osteopathic physicians across the state. Dr. Palmer has a special interest in medical education and point of care ultrasound.
